When an online order is done you are getting an order confirmation by mail. We inform you afterwards, when the goods will be sent, in some cases, what would be the exact shipping cost. Paying Conditions

Please consider all of our prices are net prices in USD, in case of HUF or other currency invoicing please follow the daily foreign exchange selling rate at Hungarian Raiffeisen Bank - LINK

Please consider that recently the only payment available is bank transfer for customers outside Hungary.

We reserve the right to preclude some payment and delivery options for certain special promotions and to change shipping and paying conditions at any time without notice.

Accepted payments

1. Cash

In case of customer pickup payment by cash is possible only.

2. Cash on delivery

Only in case of delivery with receiving address in Hungary. Please add to the comments of your order if you wish to pay by "Cash on Delivery".

3. Bank transfer in advance

For ordering from Hungary, Europe or other countries we offer payment by bank transfer. We send the package when we receive the amount on our account or send us the bank confirmation of your payment to fasten up your order.

In case of bank transfer we will need your company name, address and EU VAT (if you don’t have than your normal VAT) number.

Customs and Value Added Tax

Dragon Informatics has to charge Hungarian VAT (20 %) except for customers in other countries. The settling of Value Added Tax for orders on Dragon Webshop depends on delivery and billing address as well as the availability of a European VAT number.

• Hungary: 20% VAT has to be settled
• European Union member - with VAT number: No VAT will be settled
• European Union member - without VAT number: 20% VAT has to be settled
• Other Country: No VAT is settled

Customers from outside European Union Countries

Please consider that you have to pay your import tax for your country. Also there may be any customs duty. For customers in countries, which have a customs treaty with the EU (for example Switzerland) products with EU origin are duty-free.

For delivery into Non-European Countries it is possible to agree on special conditions.

Please notice that we only deliver the goods through parcel service with DPD Hungary. However, if you prefer your own carrier company you can collect the products at our office, for this please select “Customer Pickup” also.
